Volunteertraining: support a family with young children

On friday the 12th, 19th may and 2nd of june the next training for English speaking Home-Start volunteers wil start!

As a volunteer for Home-Start you support a family with young children who can use some help in the raising of their children. You visit their house weekly for a visit, help the parents with the questions they have, offer your time and attention and join in the family's routine. Your presence helps give some perspective and headspace!

During the volunteer training you wil learn about communication, boundaries, values and norms, parenting goals and about your role as a volunteer for Home-Start. When you are matched to a family we also offer you one-on-one coaching and further trainingmoments.

For every family there is a fitting volunteer, for every volunteer there is a fitting family!
