Chakra healing heeft tot doel angsten te behandelen als -de bedreiging is verdwenen en- vertrouwen weer welkom is.

Symptomen zijn o.a.:

- een brok in de keel (als je bang bent om je uit te spreken) of

- lage rugpijn (bijv. als je verdriet blokkeert).

Deze workshop omvat: introduktie; een beetje theorie; demonstratie (van chakra-, aura healing en een gesprek waarin je hernieuwd vertrouwen overweegt); onder toezicht oefenen met 'n ander; evaluatie in de groep.

Degenen die de demonstratie-healing willen ondergaan vertellen waarom zij dat willen/nodig hebben. Degene die niet zijn uitgekozen voor de demonstratie nodigen een vertrouwde deelnemer uit om met hen te oefenen in het geven van een healing. Afhankelijk van het aantal deelnemers kan worden gewisseld van rol. Alles wat boven komt tijdens de workshop blijft in de zaal (wordt niet doorverteld). De workshop zal in 't Nederlands plaatsvinden indien iedereen dat begrijpt, sommige woorden vertaald in 't Engels, Frans, Duits of Spaans.

Chakra healing aims to treating fear after the threat disappeared and trust is welcome again.
Symptoms can be:

- a lump in the throat (when you're afraid of speaking up) or

- lower back ache (e.g. when tears are blocked).

This workshop will include: introduction; few theory; demonstration (of chakra-, aura healing and counseling towards trust); practice in pairs under supervision; group evaluation. Welcome to volunteer as demonstration 'model' by stating your motive(s). Volunteers who're not selected to serve during the demonstration will be welcome to invite a participant they'ld trust to work (practise healing) with them. All need to be respectful of each other’s privacy following the disclosure based counseling. The language will be Dutch -if all participants would understand that- with some words translated on request into English, French, German or Spanish.
